Newbury Street is Boston's iconic shopping strip — eight blocks of restored Victorian brownstones converted into ground-floor boutiques, cafes, and salons. The east end (near Arlington) is luxury — Chanel, Hermès, Burberry, Saks. Walk west and it gets younger and indie — Trident Booksellers, Newbury Comics, Wagamama, Anthropologie.
