Traveling with a supporters group or organizing a large trip? Here's how to coordinate tickets, hotels, and transport for groups in Miami.

Supporters Hotel Blocks Group Tickets

Planning Your Group

Group Travel Essentials

Groups of 10+ require more advance planning than individual travel. Ticket distribution, accommodation coordination, and group transport all need to be locked in months before the tournament. Start now โ€” Miami hotel inventory for match weeks is selling fast.

Group Ticket Strategy

Supporters Club Allocations
National team supporters clubs often receive dedicated ticket allocations before general sale. Contact your national team's official supporters association immediately โ€” many require membership and early registration. This is the most reliable route for groups from overseas.
FIFA Travel Packages
FIFA's official travel partner (match hospitality packages) bundles tickets with accommodation and transport. Expensive, but the easiest way to guarantee seating together for large groups. Check FIFA.com for official hospitality partners.
Individual Purchase + Coordination
Have each group member purchase their own tickets during the same FIFA sales phase to maximize the chance of getting adjacent seats. Coordinate on a group chat to buy simultaneously when tickets go on sale. Request adjacent seats when buying.
Resale for Late Groups
Groups assembling late can use StubHub or the FIFA official resale platform. Adjacent seats are harder to find โ€” buy as blocks where possible. Check StubHub's "Together" feature which groups adjacent seats.

Group Accommodation

For groups, the choice is between a hotel room block or a large VRBO. Both have advantages depending on group size.

2โ€“4 people Standard hotel rooms work well. Request adjoining rooms. Downtown hotels on the Brightline corridor are ideal. Hotel
5โ€“8 people VRBO whole apartment or house. South Beach, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, or Aventura 3โ€“4 bedroom houses give you group space, a kitchen, and save significantly vs. 4 hotel rooms. VRBO Recommended
10โ€“20 people Hotel room block: call the hotel's group sales department directly. Request a group rate for 5+ rooms booked together. Hyatt Regency Miami (downtown), Loews Miami Beach Hotel, JW Marriott Marquis Aventura, and Mandarin Oriental Brickell all handle large group blocks regularly. Hotel Block
20+ people Work with a Miami DMC (destination management company) or use FIFA's official hospitality partner. Large groups need a dedicated coordinator. Start planning 12+ months in advance. DMC / Hospitality

Group Transport

Getting Your Group to Hard Rock Stadium

Brightline + Hard Rock Connect Shuttle (Best for Groups)
Brightline to Aventura Station + Hard Rock Connect shuttle is the best group transport option. Each train car holds plenty of passengers, and the shuttle runs directly to Lot 16/Gate 3. Book group tickets in advance via the Brightline app (~$30-50 RT). Designate a meeting point at MiamiCentral or Aventura Station. Allow extra boarding time for large groups โ€” don't let the group get split across trains.
Charter Van / Bus
For groups of 10+, chartering a van or minibus from your hotel directly to Hard Rock Stadium is worth considering. Miami has several charter companies โ€” book well in advance for match days. The advantage: everyone arrives together, no train coordination needed. Cost: $150โ€“300 for a van round trip.
Multiple Rideshares
Split the group across multiple Ubers/Lyfts (UberXL fits 6). Coordinate pickup location and time carefully โ€” match day surge can mean 15โ€“20 minute waits. Designate a group leader to manage the pickups. Use Uber for Business for seamless group billing.
Hard Rock Stadium Parking
If driving in multiple vehicles, all cars need pre-purchased parking passes via SpotHero or the Hard Rock website ($75-150/match). 27,000 onsite spaces is generous supply. Designate a meeting point on the East Plaza before entering security (since you'll separate at parking). Light tailgating is permitted โ€” chairs, snacks, small canopies OK; NO grilling, NO large setups.

Pre-Match Meetups

Gathering Before Kickoff

Miami's geography makes pre-match meetups easy to organize. The best spots depend on your group's location and match time.

01Bayfront Park (FIFA Fan Festival): The official Fan Festival anchors downtown. Open plaza, giant LED screens, food and drink, water-jetpack shows on Biscayne Bay. From here, take Brightline to Aventura + Hard Rock Connect shuttle. The natural pre-match HQ for any group based in Brickell or downtown.
02Little Havana / Calle Ocho: Match-day central for Latin American supporter groups (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Cuba, Venezuela). Versailles, La Carreta, Cuban Memorial Plaza, Domino Park. Reserve a private room at Versailles for groups of 10+. Cafecito windows pour all day.
03Wynwood / Design District: For groups staying in Wynwood or downtown, Wynwood Walls + Wynwood Brewing + KYU make a strong pre-match stop. Walk to Coyo Taco's hidden bar for cocktails. Brightline accessible from MiamiCentral or 10-min Uber from Aventura.
04South Beach / Lincoln Road: For groups based in South Beach, the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall handles 10+ easily โ€” multiple restaurants with patios, bars, outdoor seating. Catch the free Citizens Express bus to downtown then Brightline. Allow 90+ min total transit.
05Aventura Mall: For groups staying near the stadium in Aventura/Sunny Isles, the food court at Aventura Mall has dozens of options including Halal Guys. From here it's a 10-min Uber or Hard Rock Connect shuttle directly to the stadium.
06Designate a backup meeting point: With 65,000 fans at Hard Rock Stadium, groups easily split up post-match. Designate a specific meeting point (a landmark entrance, specific section, or the FIFA Fan Festival fountain at Bayfront Park) before you enter โ€” don't rely on cell signal inside the stadium.
