Mosques Near BMO Field

Friday Prayer

BMO Field sits on Exhibition Place, southwest of downtown. Three mosques are within a reasonable streetcar or rideshare hop, with Masjid Toronto Downtown being the most central for tourists.

99 Beverly Hills Dr, North York. Large purpose-built mosque, ~15 km north. Worth the trip if you're staying near Yorkdale or York University.
Friday prayer + match: Most Toronto matches at BMO Field will kick off late afternoon or evening. Friday Jumu'ah is typically 1–2pm. Allow 90 minutes door-to-door from the mosque to the stadium gates if you're traveling at peak crowd.

At BMO Field

Stadium Concessions

FIFA tournament catering unverified: BMO Field offers multiple halal concession options at MLS games (Toronto FC's regular-season menus). FIFA 2026 catering will be operated through tournament partners and final menu hasn't been announced. Eat a substantial halal meal before kickoff and treat in-stadium options as backup.
Stadium prayer: BMO Field does not advertise a dedicated prayer room. Plan to pray before arrival, or use a quiet area in the concourse between halves. Bring a small prayer mat; no security objections under FIFA bag policy if it fits the clear-bag spec.
